My Practice

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that we grow and heal through connection. I draw from relational and developmental perspectives, and incorporate insights from neuroscience to understand how patterns like stress, attachment, and emotional responses are wired over time and how we can change them. In our work together, I focus on building a safe, authentic relationship where you feel seen and understood for who you are as a whole person.

I tailor my approach to your individual needs by integrating modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic, expressive arts, and mindfulness based approaches. My focus is on helping you tune in to your own strengths and motivations for change. I prioritize creating a collaborative space where safety, trust, and choice are central to the therapeutic process. You set the pace of our work, and we adjust our focus and depth to match what feels manageable and supportive for you.

In addition to private practice, I’ve worked with clients in college counseling, community mental health, and addiction treatment centers. My passions outside of counseling include creative writing, music, gardening, cooking, and baseball. I love creativity, spirituality, and spending time with my family.

I believe that the healing we do as individuals ripples outward and positively impacts the world around us. If you need support on your journey right now, don’t hesitate to reach out.
